1991 Chevrolet Caprice Description

I purchased this vehicle from the City of Alexandria on May 7, nbsp;2015. It was impounded for traffic ticket's. It only had 91,742 mile's.It had damage to the passenger fender, umper cover, nd hood. I purchased a new tireon December 15. Unfortunately the driver's mirror was damaged by a plow on Jan 23. I've purchased another one.
