1976 Chevrolet Vega Kammback Description

Original owners, my grandparents bought this new in 1976. It has 70,529 original miles.It has been sitting out. Needs work. It's a great project car! Check it out.
"The 1976 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine and cooling system were significantly upgraded and improved, included quieter hydraulic valve lifters, a new stainless steel head gasket, and redesigned valve stem seals. The block cooling slots were revised for improved coolant flow. The engine, dubbed "dura-Built", featured longer-life valve seals, which decreased the oil consumption problems by 50 percent. They also received a number of rust prevention measures, along with a new torque-arm rear suspension and larger rear drum brakes."
The example shown here is far from perfect but has great potential.
Original motor and transmission but doesn't run!!
