This unique 1st year Camaro was born the 1st week of October, 1966 at the Los Angeles, California plant. It features an upgraded performance built stroked 383 cubesmallblock V8 paired with a stout TH350 automatic transmission. The exterior showcases a professionally done Hugger Orange base/clearcoat finish with black SS stripes. This '67 Camaro showcases a custom Hugger Orange finish front to back. The paint and body are in excellent condition. The body panels align correctly and the multi-coat professionally-applied base/clearcoat finish has a mirror shine. This stance is courtesy of American Racing brand custom 5-spoke aluminum wheels fitted with 235/50R17 rear & 225/45R17 front high performance Toyo radials.

The interior is correct with a few additions such as the vintage S&W gauge trio near the center console & aftermarket speakers & stereo. The standard black vinyl bucket seating shows well front to back. The dash displays the original gauge cluster with functional gauges along with an aftermarket AM/FM Premier CD Stereo. There is supporting stereo equipment installed in the truck including twin subwoofers & an amplifier.

The chrome is excellent front to back, a perfect compliment to the glistening Hugger Orange paint with Black SS stripes. The rear spoiler and SS fuel cap add to the classic muscle car persona of this 1st year Camaro.

Under the hood is the later transplanted rebuilt 383 stroker smallblock Chevrolet. This powerplant runs exceptionally strong, aided with increased air intake & matching exhaust flow modifications. Induction duties are handled via a Holley 4bbl. carburetor atop a polished Torker styled aluminum intake manifold. The cam isexcellent for street and track performance.Be sure to play our video. Exhaust gases are expelled through long tube headers and Flowmaster mufflers.

The engine compartment has been dressed up with a chromed alternator, polished A/C compressor, chromed water pump, polished aluminum intake, tall Edelbrock valve covers, and a polished crank & water pump pulley. The firewall, inner fenders, and core support display original sheetmetal throughout. The original trim identification plate is also in place, identifying this '67 Camaro as a Los Angeles built example.

The steel cowl induction hood and black stripe package are perfectly paired with the aggressive Hugger Orange paint scheme.

The power convertible top operates correctly.

The seals and window felts have been replaced. Look at the fit of the door. This is a quality Camaro. The convertible top assembly fits snugly as well. The top itself has been replaced and is in excellent condition.

The interior is in great shape. The door panels are clean and detailed. The seats show well as does the carpeting. The dash pad is in excellent condition.

This Camaro was built the 1st week of October, 1966 at the Los Angeles, California plant. The car was originally finished in Mountain Green for the exterior with black standard bucket seat interior. Options included the power top, deluxe seat belts, and automatic transmission.

The door undersides and rocker panels are in excellent condition, showcasing the extent of this complete restoration. The undercarriage is also solid throughout, displaying the 10-bolt posi-trac different, subframe connectors, excellent subframe, frame rails, and flooring front to back.

The winning bidder must submit a 20% non refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
PAYMENT METHODS
Our preferred method of payment is bank wire transfer, or 3rd party financing. We can work with you if that is a problem. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Feel free to call us with any questions.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle leaves our dealership.
TAX, TITLE AND LICENSE
A clear title will be released along with the vehicle on receipt of funds. Texas residents are responsible for sales tax in our state. Non-Texas residents are responsible for paying taxes in his/her state.
All sales will include Inventory tax and a $50.00 documentary fee.
Inventory tax is .002831 or $28.31 per ten thousand.
