1970 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Hot Rod Street Machine
1970 Chevrolet Corvette Description
After owning for 38 years, I've decided to sell my pride and joy to start a new project. Complete frame up body off restoration done about25000 miles ago.Odometer reads 33,500 miles butits unsure what the real mileage is. Every nut and bolt replaced to like new condition at that time. 355 cubic inch small block, 3:70 rear end, 4 speed, chrome Hooker Headers with side pipes, V6-71 GMC supercharger, forged crankshaft, 2 Holley 500 CFM carbs. HD rear spring, offset trailing arms, stainless steel calipers, HD radiator. No power steering, brakes or A/C. Candy Brandywine paint with accents. This car is fast, fun and reliable. Is it 100% perfect? No, it was built from the ground up 35 years ago. It shows normal wear and tear for something that was built that long ago. But it is still in great shape and presents well. Its a beautiful, garage kept Corvette that gets a LOT of attention and compliments wherever it goes, and could still win some trophies at the local car show. This car has been my pride and joy for 38 years. I am selling, unhappily to start another project. My wife says I don't need two hot rods.
