1982 Indy 500 disc brake Camaro

I bought this car originally because it is a rare rear disc brake car. If you haven't read my other auction description, please do so on the other car.

This car is pretty rough, but isin my opiniontoo good to use for just the rear axle. I don't know much about de-coding vin#'s or trim tags, but I provided all these numbers. I'm not sure if the proper thing to do is use this diff on other car, or some combination of both cars to have a genuine rear disc car? Anyway, I think these cars probably belong together in some fashion, but am offering them separately so you can decide!

I bought his car from a guy who had owned it since 1990. It was his high school car, and he had kept it with plans of resto. I have clear clean title from 1990 that shows 54K miles. Odometer shows 85K now and was told that is correct, but I have no way of knowing for sure. Was told it ran when parked, but again, just what I was told. It has had an old repair on rear of driver door and on body behind that, door doesn't shut very well. Other than that, it is pretty straight. No rust.
