I re-wired the truck andEverything works : headlights, tail lights, turn signals, 4 ways, stop lights, and horn. All function properly. I replaced the turn signal switch. I just replaced the windshield wiper motor and wipers. They function as they should. All brakes function as they should and the rear lines, drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, are new. Front has new brake hoses. I replaced the clutch master cylinder and the clutch slave cylinder. I rebuilt the brake master cylinder. I replaced the steering rag joint. This C10 runs very strong and stops very well. A great deal of time has been spent to get it to this point. It is a nice solid truck that is very drivable.
I have the windshield seal that needs to be replaced. Window fuzzies for both sides. E brake cables and hardware. It does need body work at front lower fenders, door corners, rear fenders. The older body work is just starting to bubble as shown in pictures. Very minor for a 54 year old truck. The interior needs a carpet. The bed wood needs new wood. It is weathered. The frame, floors, rails, etc. are in excellent condition. This is a very solid C10 originally from Texas.Any questions just ask.Shipping and financing is the responsibility of the buyer.I apllied sevearal POW MIA badges in rememberence. The center wheel hubs have POW MIA applied. The valve stem covers are POW MIA. I also made a horn button cover with POW MIA. Also one small sticker on left rear bumper. All can be easily removed if you wish. This 1962 C10 is in excellent driver + condition. With a lot of time and money spent on what matters. It is not mint and the price reflects this.It will not take much to bring it to top show quality as it is a very solid survivor. It will be hard to find a 1962 Chevy C10 in this solid of condition. No reserve auction.
