1965 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport Description

My 1965 Impala SS396 is an unrestored beauty with 45,878 original miles. The car is optioned with power steering, power brakes, power windows and an AM/FM radio with front and rear speakers. I have all the original documentation for the car including the famous "Protect-O-Plate".
I am the second owner of this all original vehicle. This is NOT a restoration. The only thing that has been changed on this car was the original Holly Carb was replaced with a Rochester. Anyone who has dealt with the extremely finicky Hollys will understand this. This car was a March production year vehicle and was one of the first to get the 396 affectionately known as the "Porcupine" engine.
I am a private collector and I've owned the car for about 25 years. Aside from the occasional drops of oil here and there, a slight exhaust leak, non working tach and radio this car is in excellent condition.
Winning bidder will need to provide a $500 non-refundable deposit (paypal accepted) within 24 hours. The balance must be received by cash, certified check or wire transfer before the car will be released.
Over the next few weeks I will be auctioning off a portion of my 25 year collection of rare and interesting classics cars. Feel free to call me with any questions at 717-268-9880.

My apologies, but I was incorrect regarding the carb. It was replaced with a new Holley (too many cars to remember). The manifold is still the original. I added three pictures of the carb for those who may want to see it. Sorry for the confusion.

I used a template from a previous auction and didn't realize that there was incorrect information in this description. The tach and radio are working fine! There are no oil leaks and no exhaust leaks on the car. In fact, it has a new stainless steel exhaust system which I installed about 10 years ago.
