1989 Chevrolet Blazer Description
I am selling my 1989 S10 Blazer. the transmission needs to be rebuilt and I want to get it fixed but I have too many haters in my life that don't see my vision. I am the second owner. It has 166 thousand miles on it. Here is the list of everything that I have done in the last two years.
New battery
New starter
New alternator
New radiator with bottom and top hoses
New water pump
New front brake pads and rotors
New distributor
Full tune up
New gas tank, straps and fuel pump
New heater fan motorNew heater core
New front windshield
New sunroof gasket
New 4X4 vacuum switch with hoses.
Sport edition. 4.3 Liter Vortec Engine produces 160 HP. It is all original (including the stereo) except for the rear glass which I had to replace a few years back. The spare is original. I am the second owner as I purchased the Blazer from my cousin when it had 89,000 miles on it. The front bumper has a small crease on the drivers side from when my cousin owned it. He never reported it so the car fax will be 100% clean. The Interior is good with just a tear in the drivers seat and the glove box door recently cracked. The passenger seat and back seat looks like new. Just a little faded. It has some rust. I por15 everything then fabricated patches to cover the rust. Patches are attached via sheet metal screws just to keep snow from collecting. Comes with a grill guard and extra pair of OEM rims. Electric dash does not show MPH but I have the kit to fix it which is included. Came from Factory with front and rear skid plates. Ultimate beach buggy in my opinion. Just want it to go to a good home. Blazer is currently located at my mechanic in Deer Park NY. Appointments available during the week at 12:30 PM only. Please look at pictures and ask any questions as needed. Blazer is being sold as is.
