This beautiful 1964 Chevy Corvette Convertible received a frame off restoration just 2750 miles ago. Any kinks have been worked out and it is ready to ride, drive and show. Why pay 150K or more for a resto-mod build when you can have this?
With a nice glossy shine on the silver paint, the 67 big block hood with red accent and the very cool side pipe exhaust this car has the look. The beautiful gun metal gray wheels and low profile tires with 4 wheel disc brakes just add to it.
The new red interior offsets the the silver paint and looks great. It also has a Kenwood Stereo Sytem w/CD, Aux port and Alpine Speakers with removable custom box located behind the front seats
The gauges have all been replaced and work well. New seats & carpet and the cockpit was lined with sound/heat barrier matting prior to installation. The vehicle was offset with a new white convertible top that completed the look.
It has an easy shifting built 4 speed Muncy transmission and a smooth operating new clutch and assembly.
The engine that was built for this car is a C-3, L46 5.7 liter 350CI/350HP high performance engine with Holley Performance 650 CFM Double Pumper 4BBL Carb and Aluminum Intake. The engine runs smooth and cool and there are no oil leaks. It's fast, fun to drive and the engine sounds great running through the new dual side pipe exhaust system. Nothing sounds quite like it. Smooth, but so powerful sounding at just the right times.
There are way too many new parts on this car to list but here are a few. The entire front end and suspension was rebuilt to spec's with new parts including the new steering gear box which make's this car handle great. New master cylinder and 4 wheel disc brakes, gas tank and sending unit, all new wiring and fuse panel. Rear end and suspension also rebuilt with new parts, new bumpers & chrome throughout and it all rests on a strong rust free frame.
This is a nicely built C-2 Corvette that is ready to drive and enjoy, and it won't break the bank.
There are not many of these car's left and you would be hard pressed to find one this nice at this price.
