1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Belair Trim package Description

Hello up for auction is this once restored 1955 Belair I have.

It needs work to be brought back around, but is a cool (sleeper) would fool anyone! looks like grandpas car, runs like a scalded ape!

It had a total restoration to include new G.M. crate ZZ383 stroker, aluminum fast burn heads, nice cam manifold, carb, ignition etc.,very expensive,$7.500 then you buy carb, intake, headers,H.E.I. etc..to finish out advertised H.P. ist 435,and torque @445 which is plenty trust me!.This is a Bad Boy! Have paperwork. Then there is the Hughes Performance Trans.which is the built 700R4auto od. with lock up converter, sweet! It has the B&M floor mounted shifter, which is also a nice piece, and the only give away inside that indicates its no wimpy Powerglide, besides the 4 speed od. indicator on the column where thePRNDL was.

This one got treated to a Rack&Pinion setup which is power assisted as well. The radiator is a high dollar huge BECOOL unit, and does a good job.The body did get totally restored, and had the whole interior restored, reupholstered. and still presents well.It got new fender wells, etc. at that time, and has conversion wipers as well (no cables). There are some replacement parts from Danchuk mirrors seat belts new and blower motor go with the car.Im sure I'm forgetting some things both neg.&pos. however I think one can tell the time effort, and cash that went into this classic Belair.Everyone tells me it has too many doors! well its old,and hard to find, and there are some older folks out there that have Grandkids, where the back doors would be handy, and they do sell a kit to turn this into a convertible, which makes it a desirable 2 door.If you had a 2 door body you could slide it on this frame, and be nearly done especially considering the awesome front group this car has,and the new, (in the box) replacement bumpers as well. This is an awesome opportunity for someone, dont miss out! There is no warranty, and is, (as is) and thank you for viewingconsidering this awesome worthy project, dont be afraid to ask questions, email, call, or txt,1972ndown Thanks!.
