Cincy Classic Cars is very proud to offer this beautifully restored 1972 Chevrolet C10 Custom Deluxe truck which is in excellent overall condition and priced to sell. This C10 features a recent superb re paint, an original Deluxe cloth interior which is in fantastic condition, excellent original documentation, and the believed to be original numbers matching 350 engine . This C10 is extremely solid and very strait with great lines and gaps with no signs of visible rust or rust repair anywhere on the body or frame. This C10 is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Blue/White over Deluxe cloth interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified in the photos below.

Exterior

The Blue and White exterior is in terrific restored condition. This C10 was treated to a professional repaint recently and the results are stunning and all trim and emblems are in great shape and fit well on the truck. The paint looks excellent overall and has a wonderful shine. Both bumpers are in great shape and the chrome has a nice shine. The body and frame are both very solid with no evidence of rust anywhere, or any signs of previous damage. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. The tires and 20″ Ridler rims were recently installed at of cost of $2000 and look great on this truck and give it a “Wow” factor and set it apart from the others. Front tire size is 245/45R20 and the rears are 275/45R20. The bed is extremely solid and clean with no evidence of any rust or repair work anywhere on the top or bottom. A brand new tonneau cover was installed with pop up shocks and is a great functional addition to this splendid truck. All glass is in excellent shape.

Interior

The deluxe cloth interior of this C10 is in very nice condition. The original seat cover is in nice condition with only minor wear in a few areas noticeable in the photos below. The carpet is in good condition with no major stains, rips, or holes. The original dash is in great condition with no cracks or fading and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The stereo has been upgraded to a Kenwood am/fm digital cassette stereo which works well and sounds good. The original door panels are in good condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. All interior and exterior lights and gauges work as they should including the cigarette lighter, which is very rare for a 1972. The horn, stereo, wipers, gauges, cigarette lighter, and the fan blower on all speeds all work properly. This truck has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever. We ordered a new dome light cover and the rear view mirror will be installed.

Mechanical

This C10 is in excellent mechanical condition with only 95K “Actual” miles on the truck. The suffix code on the engine of this truck “TDJ” is correct for a 1972 C10 automatic 175HP 4 bbl truck but the vin stamp is to faint to read. We were told the engine is original to the truck and have found no evidence to the contrary. We drove this truck 120 miles home to our shop in Cincinnati and it performed incredibly well, did not run hot, rode tight, had plenty of power, and was a true joy to drive. In the video one can observe this truck running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the truck handles and performs very well. The previous owner of this C10 kept meticulous care of the truck and regular maintenance was performed and the truck was well cared for. This C10 is an exceptional driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the truck. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs great. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. True dual exhaust with cherry bomb mufflers gives this truck a nice rumble at idle and cruising speeds. Also, the engine is exceptionally clean and highly detailed as one can see from the photos. This is a factory non AC truck which really cleans up the engine bay area. This truck does have factory power steering and power brakes.
