INTERIOR

The interior of this beauty is just plain stunning as the pictures show, the very comfortable seating is covered in bright red and white houndstooth, this Impala's stunning interior is show condition in every aspect. This vehicle is loaded with options. This vehicle includes one of the rarest of options, a dealer installed record player that works. Included in the sale is the original box, and paperwork for this very rare and very cool option, it blows people away. This vehicle is also equipped with a tissue dispenser. Some other options include rear seat speakers, tinted glass, and the 2 speed wiper motor and washer. The wide bench seats feel newer than the car's 55 years would suggest, and present just as well now as the day they rolled out of the upholstery shop. At the base of those seats, like-new carpet is and tight and fade-free. At the sides of that carpet, 2-tone door panels hang straight stainless trim around traditional handles, and modernist armrests. At the front of those panels, a beautiful like new dash, with a full compliment of original gauges, and an AM radio (vehicle is also equipped anauxiliary fm converter that is housed in the glove box). Exterior

This fantastic bowtie simply glistens in the sunlight. This vehicle displays lines that are timeless. The beautiful Roman red paint sets off the red and white houndstooth interior, the color combination on this vehicle is stunning to say the least. The vehicle looks amazing with the bright white power convertible top up or down, the top is in great shape and has a new power top motor that lifts and lowers as it should. This Impala is adorned with the very popular left and right rear antennas that look really sharp. The fender skirts with stainless steel rock guards set off the clean appearance of the endless lines on the car. This vehicle includes left and right door mirrors. The vehicle has front and rear bumper guards, deluxe hubcaps with spinners, and back up lamps. The vehicle has excellent fender birds, something you don’t see on the vehicles of today. The rest of the car is amazing but the driveline is what sets this vehicle apart from the rest, this impala is equipped with the 348 cubic inch super turbo thrust V8 with Tri-Power provided by the three rochester 2 barrel carburetors producing an impressive 335 horsepower. The block on this vehicle was decked during the restoration so we can not prove this to be the original block to the car. The engine compartment is in show condition and really makes a statement when you open the massive hood. This is not your ordinary Impala. The car is equipped with the 2-speed powerglide automatic transmission. This vehicle has an incredibly low 52,401 miles according to the title. A staple of working-class luxury, this impressive, big torque big block is one of the many reasons the Impala enjoys such fantastic name recognition. And absolutely every item from its shiny coat of Chevy Orange paint to its unique, bowtie-branded valve covers has, at one point, been rebuilt, refinished or replaced. The vehicle has a complete new exhaust system with correct mufflers. And the car's Satin Black engine bay, which is as clean as the paint on its body, serves as an ideal backdrop for what lies inside. The vehicle has a new gas tank with new straps and pads.
