1965 Chrysler Imperial Crown Description

This is a 1965 Chrysler Imperial Crown 2 door Convertible. There were 662 2 door convertibles built that year. This was Chrysler?s top of the line in 1965. It has every option available for this model and year. It has the 413 big block and automatic transmission. Everything works as it should. The windows stick a little but work. The AC needs charged or converted to R34 but it does work, just doesn't blow cold. Like Isaid, everything works as it should except the AC needing charged. I have had it fully serviced and I had the wiring harness completely rebuilt professionally because the wires were a little brittle. The body is solid, no rust. Originally it was white but at some point it was painted blue. The paint has some chips and dings here and there but over all, doesn't look too bad. There are a couple dings in the hood that looks like hail. Ez fix however from dent pro. The black leather interior is in great shape with no rips or tears. The convertible top works great and no tears either. This was a barn find vehicle that I inherited. The car is licensed and insured. I do enjoy driving it on the weekends. This is a 54 year old vehicle. It has some chips, dings and signs of wear. The car runs good, everything works as it should except for the noted. I have the reserve set well below the appraised value. A little work and this would be a show car, wouldn't take much. This 1965 Chrysler Imperial Crown does not drive, she glides. It is definitely a cruiser and she draws attention..a lot of attention! If you?re looking for something rare and classy, this is the car for you. If you have any questions, please ask them before bidding. Please do not bid unless you have the funds available. The winning bidder MUST contact me immediately after the auction has ended. A $500 deposit via PayPal is due IMMEDIATELY after the auction has ended by the winning bidder. I only except cash or certified bank check from a US bank. The title will not be released until the funds have cleared through my bank. The buyer is responsible for shipping of the vehicle and the vehicle must be picked up within 7 business days of funds clearing my bank unless arrangements have been made with me. Please, do not ask me what the reserve is because its not fair to the other bidders and I will not give it out. I have described this vehicle to the best of my ability. Have any questions, please ask and I will happily answer them the best that I can. This really is a nice solid good running vehicle that draws a lot of attention. Thanks for looking!
