1984 Chrysler LeBaron Description

I have a 1984 Chrysler Lebaron Town and Country Convertible with the Woody sides and the Mark Cross Leather interior. This car has all the options including 6 way drivers seat, ower brakes and locks and windows. a/c is there but not working, ll glass is good but passenger rear window has fallen down and cant get up. NO cracks in dash. The brakes are very good. The gas tank was dumped and flushed and an inline filter is being utilized while it is still having some sediment from the long time in storage.
This car is in need need of attention but is complete and original with good drivetrain and totally unmolested and ready to restore. could be driven but has carb problem
There were only about 1100 of these ever made and less than 1000 left alive, he rarest of the Lebarons. the body is straight and in very good condition. It is in need of paint.
The engine is the 2.6 liter 4 cylinder Mitsubishi that was a preferred engine because of its durability and reliability with an automatic transmission. The engine runs good but needs some electrical work and has NEW carb that needs adjusting. Transmission shifts well as it should. This car does run and drive and could be driven to new owners place if close-by or short distance. I do not recommend driving too far as i have not tested this on longer trips. There is rust on the underside and the area below the drivers seat has a rough area, t was stored for approx. ten years inside on the concrete. It does need some mechanical and electrical work plus a new rag top. I have too many projects and not enough ti, o trying to sell before i work on it to keep price down. I have only had for a few months and I did replace the old carb with a NEW one Please give me a call for more info or better ye, o see and drive. It is located in Kenosha, I call my cell or text 262-705- 377 two and my name is Dean. Thanks for looking
