BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

I call it a survivor because its is. Basically like the day it left
the showroom, with about 90k on it and some wear n tear.
It was parked about 15 yrs ago or more because he said the
clutch was going out. From there it just sat for many yrs and
forgot about. This car comes with (and see pics below) original
warranty card from the local Tucson dealer when it was sold
new here in Tucson (az desert). Still wearing its original Gold
paint, nothing to hide. It did get some rust yes, from the inside
out, not from eastcoast living. Factory or dealer installed AC is
very cool and this car came with an optional automatic.
Comes with clear Az title. The car started and ran with starting
fluid last yr, so I know its not locked up. It IS the matching #s
original motor too and trans. Would be a great project to take
apart and restore, mechanically and inside. Id leave the dents
and Patina on the outside for a while if I kept it.

OVER 100 pics below, nothingto hide

DONT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND

apparently some people

who use ebay arent smart enough to understand the rules.

So if you have under 10 feedbacks, Ill be emailing you if you bid to

make sure you are legit, if we do please reply or we will cancel your bid.

Up for Auction: LOW FAIR RESERVE !!!

DRIVETRAIN: original matching #s engine yes ! matted to
the original auto trans too. All looks accounted for under the
hood. Ran off starting fluid about a yr ago for a few seconds.
Since then someone stole the ignition switch...dicks! Anyway
obviously the car needs alot of restoration, but well worth the
project for how complete and original it is.

INTERIOR:take a look at the pics. All original and showing
avg wear n tear youd find for most 45+ yr old cars living in the
desert. It did have a pack rat living in it for several yrs. Wiring
really isnt bad, but the floors did get damage from moisture.
Its still very complete for as old as it is, and the chrome foot rest
on the PASS side and tie down bar behind the seats still there.
As is the original AC added controls. Take it all apart, clean what
is save-able and put it back together during resto. Has the proper
glass in the hatch too with the vertical defroster.

EXTERIOR: the body very straight for its age, and has a few
dents around it, the worst being in the front bumper and hood
area. Original Gold paint has a cool patina too it, more like a car
with some war wounds, but its not finished yet.
Az has been very nice to the chrome
on the car. Correct rear 1/4 early badges in place. Some loose parts
are in the trunk area and come with the car. Some rust (see detailed
pics all below) but still an AZ car and still in Tucson. Glass is all
good.

SUSPENSION: the suspension looks to be all factory and or

original other then the shocks and brake pads etc. No mods
and the lack or rust, makes for coming apart much easier.
The dish mags to me look wider the normal, Im not sure if they
are 7" wide actually. I may pull one off and check the back.
Couldnt say if they are 100% original or not, but they may be.
Tires are very old and mismatched.
The car will roll and steer to transport.

Check out ALL the pics below ----->

it may take a full minute for them all to load if you have a

slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll

bar on the right side. check em out !

Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate.

more info AFTER the pics etc. There are 100 large pics to follow.

Mostly just surface rust under the car, making working on it
a breeze if the need arises.

There you go, probably The BEST represented
DATSUNS on Ebay. (or Bring a Trailer) for that matter.

Shows you all the good as well as any bad.
We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars.
Even with the obivous rust, this Z has still faired much better
then most Z cars, esp early ones like this have done.
Even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats
paying a body shop to hopefully fix a more rotted car.
Having as much as the original steel on a non restored car these
speaks volumes. Survivors are getting harder to find !
Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating.
People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are
fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers.

Email us with ANY questions before you bid please

Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. We show you as
much feasibly possible via pics.
Dont let auctions withlittle to no pics try to fool you.
If they cant take the time to take pics of areas under the car they
are selling, maybe its not the best car to buy long distance.
With other auctions, you really dont know what to expect
until you take the car apart. While we go over our cars ALL OVER
with great pics to help making your decision easier.
Along with ANY other questions you may have.
