1981 DeLorean DMC12 Description

Here is your chance to grab your very own Delorean Time Machine from Back to the Future & Ready Player One. Signed by the Doc himself, Christopher Lloyd!
Go and like Arizona Time Machine on Facebook to check out some videos of the car and components.I started building this back in 2014. Since that time it has been in many skits, been to many corporate events, and made countless people atcomicons and thelocal gasstation very happy!
So what you will get is the following.
1981 Delorean DMC12,5 speed. Car does start and run, you just need to prime the carbs. Just recently had engine work done. New gaskets and rebuilt heads andpowder coated covers. This car iscarcarbureted and does run rich. You will need to have someone tune it properly. Is it a daily driver, no, that is why next to your insurance card you have your AAA membership. Most Delorean owners will tell you this ;). I mostly transported it to the various events and places it has been. New tires have less that 600 miles on them. New DMC seat covers, door gaskets and struts. New headlights (With eyebrow correction: Some will understand this). New digital headlight switch, new coil, new plugs, new water pump and thermostat. New Car (OPTIMA red) and Accessory Battery.
Complete aluminum BTTF conversion.BTTF 1: Conversion mods. Plutonium Chamber Setup, Tiger Hose, Zero Cans, Bulova alarm clock. OUTATIME license plate. Props: Docs Video CameraBTTF 2: Conversion mods. Mr Fusion + Base, Ammo Box. 2015 Barcode License Place. Props: Pepsi Perfect Bottle, Sports Almanac, USA Today Newspaper, Hover Board, 2015 Shoes and Hat.RP1: Conversion mods. PARZIVAL license plate.

The interior components function just like they did in the movie. Fully programable time circuits. All the sounds and lights function. Adjustable speedometer for 88MPH photo ops. (All Moretto Electronics for those in the know)
You can have one built for 50k, but YOU supply the Delorean (20-50k). However for that price you only get one version of the car. So 70-100k for ONE version of the car, with NO props, OR you can buy mine that does both BTTF movies + Ready Player One for 65k and the DOC signed it! I have been very meticulous with this build, hence the 4 year project. I have spent countless hours on eBay and consulting with many people to get it right. I have even swapped out what I like to call "Place Holder" props over the years when a screen accurate prop surfaced. If you are a super fan you will notice that this is as close to screen accurate of a deal you will find at this price.
I have seen cars WAY less screen accurate and built for just a single movie version sell for 65k many times. In fact there is one currently for sale that is a super poor replica for sale for 95,000.00.
This I think is priced very fairly for what I have seen sell in the past (pun intended). There is one currently listed, single movie, no props, no drive train for 70K.
NOTE: This car is sold 100% as is, with no warranty on the CAR or PROPS. It is a fan made movie car prop. Are the car and props in perfect or museum pristine condition, no, but it is not supposed to look that way anyway. It was built by the DOC, in his garage! :) It looks like it did in the movies, and 98% of the people who see it, will think it is the original movie car. You couldn't have a better conversation starter. I will explain how to program the interior components for events. I will also include the pamphlets from morretto. If you encounter any issues with his products, he is a great resource.
This car is perfect for the ultimate man cave, to display proudly in a classic car dealership to bring in customers, or to start a business taking it to corporate events and b-day parties. Heck, do all three is your are inclined! :) If you do the latter, it will pay for itself easily in two years.
NOTE: Please feel free to ask any questions. And again you will not see a package like this on eBay for anywhere near this price ever again, I can guarantee it.
The buyer is responsible for transportation from my house. I would highly recommend you ship via enclosed trailer, and from a reputable transport company. Full payment is due within 3 days. I can store it for up to 1 month if you need time to arrange, however you will need to put classic car insurance on it once it is purchased, as I will be taking it off of mine.
