1981 Dodge Other SB 1 TON Description

Engine tore down for repairs. Reconditioned cylinder heads, new timing chain and cover and water pump already installed. Carburetor rebuilt, never installed. New rocker arms and push rods and bearings, new oil pump and fuel pump to be installed. This was considered a nine passenger van, but there are only two seats (driver's and passenger's). The bench seats are missing.
Engine cross member cleaned up and painted, intake cleaned up and ready for install. All new tune up parts installed just before tear down (engine had burnt valve). It also has a new muffler and tailpipe (installed). I tried to take picture of, but only got a shot of the muffler. Ran out of free picture room. It also has a Radio Shack cassette player installed. Also has 2" ball hitch.
Previousowner tore down engine and started putting it back together, got diagnosed with cancer and quickly died. Some parts, not many, missing.
This could make a good work service van. All new tires purchased just before tear down of engine (including spare). It has been stored inside since tear down of the engine.We purchasedin the fall of 2014 and it was within a year ofthe previousowner's suddendeath. We have brought it outside now to photograph and sell.
