The car is a '67 Dodge Dart GT that started out as a slant 6 auto car with
buckets and a column shift.
It is a radio delete car with black interior and pearl white seats and door
panels.
The column has been changed to a floor shift column and a factory console
installed with a Hurst Promatic shifter. The body was stripped down to bare
metal and the one small 3" x 5" spot of rust on the front passenger side was
cut out and replaced with new metal.
Every nut, olt and screw was removed and every piece was either refurbished
or replaced with new.
The back of the car was mini tubed and a Mopar spring relocation kit was
installed. The rear diff. is a narrowed Dana 60 with4:10gears and Truetrac
with 35 spline axles. Calvert racing suspension with Split-Mono Leafs and
Calvert shocks.
The front end is Reilly Motorsport Alterkation with tubular upper and lower
control arms and coilover QA1 adjustable shocks.
Transmission is a SMR Racing Transmission Sportsman 727 with SMR 3500 stall
converter.
Aluminum rad with dual electric fans, luminum driveshaft and custom
aluminum gas tank. Trunk has been smoothed and dual batteries have been
relocated with 00 cable to trunk.
A stereo has been added that runs off your ipod and has 8x9's in the back and front
speakers are mounted in the side kicks and a sub built in the trunk.
The motor is .030 over 440 with Edelbrock aluminum heads and intake with a
Biggs 950 carb. ( tricked out Holley )and Comp Cams Xtreme Energy Hi-Lift

The car is quite fast with a great 60 foot and has ran 11.43 on a hot day.
This car also has Line Lock.
It was shown twice at The World Of Wheels here and both times won Best IN
Class and the first time won the Musclecar Shootout for the best streetable
performance car and the second time it won the
ISCA ( International Show Car Association ) Best Overall Street Car Award.
I'm quite sad to see it go.
