This is a 1950 Dodge Wayfarer Roadster—it does not have roll up windows. The roadster has side curtains. I am selling this as part of an estate clean out sale. I do not know much about the history of this car. The little info that I have is that it is originally from Florida—the body is in immaculate condition. It is straight and rust free. There is no rust anywhere and it appears to be all original underneath. Somewhere along the way the car was repainted its original color, although the dash and body are slightly different shades of burgundy. The car was in New York State for several years before coming to Michigan on a trailer about 6 years ago. The car does run, and move, although the brake system does need some attention. As far as I know it will need to have one, or all, of the wheel cylinders rebuilt or replaced. The last time this car was driven on the road was 4 years ago. It does start and drive so it would be easy to get it on a trailer. The odometer shows 43,000 mile; I have no way of knowing if this is correct or not.
With a little TLC you will have a beautiful, unique car for the summer.
Please ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them. As I said before, I don’t know much about this car, or any 1950 Dodge for that matter. I have been selling on eBay for a long time and am always honest about everything I sell.
I am available to help with shipping arrangements. This car is for sale locallyso this listing may be cancelled at anytime.
