1992 Dodge Grand Caravan Description

Just as auction states....1992...raised a family in...one owner...never in more than a fender bender!
The Caravan has not been run recently. I purchased a new dodge and I guess it has been hard on me to sell the caravan because of so many memories! I kept it in case I needed to move something big. The last three times I needed it I had to put a new battery in it...it did fire right up! One of those times even ran it up to Daytona (back and forth) to move my oldest son to Orlando!
It is classic white with blue pin stripes, blue interior, with the small and large bench seats in the back. Never painted, except for the repair of the minor fender benders.
I am an old upholster that has moved on to gardening and nursery work....when she was new....I made an entire floor cover (front to back) out of 20 mil clear plastic, joined by 2" velcro (under the seats). I made bench seat caps out of the same with velcro that attached my homemade seat covers which were easy to pull out, wash and reattach! So even though the van is old, the blue carpet looks much like the day I brought it home! The covers are still in place.
The last few things I did was replace the transmission, rebuild the A/C and I had the headliner reupholstered...a friend did that in his shop as I had already closed down my upholstery shop. The radio does not work.
She has only been in a few very minor fender benders...its hard for me to remember...the back hatch door may have been involved in one...everything was repaired in a timely fashion...covered by insurance...it has been a really terrific family van...all the boys are gone now.
It has rust on the top...some on the inside of the slider door....up inside there...it looks like what it is...an old 1992 Grand Caravan.....for the first 16 years of her life...I washed her every week and waxed her once a month!
It is time now to open my hand and let her go! I have a free and clear title and she is tagged and insured....in my driveway!
