1971 Dodge Challenger new interior and NOS trim Description

You are bidding on a 1971 Dodge Challenger. I have had the car for over 15 years. The bad is that I have never got it quite finished. The good is that I collected awesome mint original and NOS parts for the restoration. I would say the car is 90-95% finished. I never saw the car in "bare-metal", but I was told it had an excellent sheet-metal with only some repair to the driver's quarter panel. The floors, trunk, and rails are very nice as you can see in the photos. The motor is original to the car, but not the transmission. Both are rebuilt and never started. The car is a rotisserie restoration and has been about as far apart as a car can be. Everything is new or rebuilt. As you can see the underside of the car is basecoat/clearcoat and very nice. All the suspension has been rebuilt and detailed. I have most everything to finish it. It has an automatic, power steering and manual drum brakes. It has a std dash. The interior is all new except for the back seat-is original. The tawny gold color is the orig color and very rare. An N-code challenger is also must rarer that an r/t. All the suspension has been rebuilt and detailed. The T/A radials are new. I have reproduction exhaust, which needs installed. Some other work needed to finish is to completed brake line installation and brake system, front fuel lines, modify and install driveshaft, finish up engine accessories, hoses, power steering, mount new alt, install exhaust, etc. I tried to show the unfinished stuff in the photos. I do not have the broadcast sheet and I am hoping to get the fender tag from the previous owner. The car is "investment quality"! The combination of the tawny gold color andan N-code challenger, makes it much rarer than most r/t challengers. I am located in Winchester VA along interstate 81. I encourage you to come look at the car. you can reach me at 540-336-3357.
