Listed here is a 1926 Dodge Business Sedan in mostly original condition. The car
has been in the our family for the past 60 years. Overall this is a nice original car as
can be seen in the pictures. The car runs, drives and lights work. If you are looking for
an original car this is a very nice example. The interior of the car is original except for
the front seat and it still has the originalwindow shades. The car has its original top and
windshield visor. The previous ownerpainted the car in the 1950's but the original pin
striping remains. The undercarriage ofthe car is very clean dueto the fact that the car
has always been garaged and beencarefully driven. Some minorissues withe the car is
that the vacuum tank does not doesnot draw gas from the gastank that well so I fill the
vacuum tank manually with gas to runthe car. This is a common problemwith this typeof
car and can be fixed easily. The waterpump leaks near the coupling and shaft. Included
with the car is a new water pump shaft,glands and gaskets which can be used torepair
the leak. Also thewindow crank on thefront driverdoor does notwork that well. The
odometer is stuck on 30,197 miles but thespeedometer works. Included are the owners
manual and North East instruction manual.
The car has a clear New York transferable registration which is used in place of a title
in New York for cars 1972 and older. I will also complete a bill of sale once payment has
has been made.
The car has been listed with a very reasonable reserve.
