FOR SALE:
1925 Dodge Brothers Coupe
I must start by saying that this car is brand new from top to bottom. This is a no-expense-spared build that will not be easily reproduced. This car represents a $90,000+ investment.
The car has logged only 261 miles since it was completed earlier this year.
The car’s vented hood, which is supported by chrome supports on both sides, is opened to reveal a new 350 cubic-inch, V8 Chevrolet crate motor that is paired to a new automatic transmission. The block has been painted red along with the transmission. The motor is adorned with various chrome and stainless steel accessories.
The car’s all steel body boasts a professional, black finish that pays homage to the car’s humble beginnings. A finish of this caliber is comparable to those that are found on today's luxury cars.
The finish is complimented by chrome bumpers, chrome headlights, chrome taillights, chrome side mirrors, chrome door handles, and chrome running board trim pieces.
The car rolls smoothly on a new set of E-T Wheels LT-III two-piece wheels that are wrapped in new Michelin Premier tires. The car is equipped with 17-inch front wheels and 18-inch rear wheels. The front tire size is 225/45/17 and the rear tire size is 235/50/18.
The car offers supreme drivability as it is properly equipped with front disc brakes and power steering.
The car is equipped with a Fat Man Fabrication front suspension kit.
The car welcomes driver and passenger with a high-quality, custom interior. The interior is dominated by red leather seats that feature a textured leather insert at the top of each seat. The seats are also adorned with bright white stitching. The seats are fully adjustable with controls that are located beneath each seat. The headliner is grey leather while the floors are covered in plush, grey carpet. The tilt steering wheel is wrapped in red leather to match the seats. The dash wears a black finish that matches the exterior of the car. The door panels are covered with a unique combination of the grey leather, the red leather, the textured leather, and the grey carpet that is present in the previously mentioned areas of the interior. This theme continues to the trunk of the car. All of the leather in the car is genuine leather and not vinyl.
Driver and passenger are further accommodated by a Vintage Air heating and air conditioning system that is controlled with a sleek control panel located on the right side of the dash. Also located in the dash is a full set of Stewart Warner gauges, including an oil pressure gauge, a charging system gauge, a speedometer, a fuel gauge, and a water temperature gauge.
While driving this car, you will enjoy a fully functional lighting system (headlights, taillights, turn signals) and windshield wipers.
The car is equipped with a Kenwood stereo head unit with AM, FM, CD, auxiliary, and USB capabilities. The head unit is contained in a painted red housing that is mounted to the leather head liner and is also home to a LED interior light.
The sounds of the stereo are emitted through two Kenwood speakers mounted behind the seats on each side of a storage area. The storage area is accessed through a red painted door that matches the head unit housing along with the steering column.
The underside of the car looks just as good as the top and features all new parts (suspension, brakes, lines, exhaust). The frame boasts a smooth, black finish.
As you can see, this is unique car that has been well-built. A vintage street rod that is predominantly modern, this car is a consistent provider of worry-free enjoyment. Although the car has not yet been publicly shown, I am certain that it is a creation that will be lauded by all of those who have the pleasure to inspect it. The included pictures do not do this car justice and its true magnificence is only realized by those who view the car in person. Even though the car appears as if it belongs on a trailer, a trailer is not needed as the car runs, rides, and drives great. It is well-prepared for short, in-town cruises or cross-country trips to your favorite show.
The car carries a clean and clear title that is ready for transfer.
Interested parties are welcomed to have the car inspected but all inspections must be completed before the end of the auction.
