MOPAR 1967 Dodge Coronet R/T 440 727 3:23 Sure Grip PS Power Disc PW NO RESERVE
1967 Dodge Coronet R/T Hardtop 2-Door Description
This is a no reserve auction. for a 1967 Dodge Coronet R/T 440 HP, 727 Torqueflite with an 8.75 rear, 3:23 Sure Grip and factory power disc front brakes. This is a factory original BB1 Black R/T with all new factory red interior, this is quite possibly one of the most beautiful color combos ever offered on this model. This is also a quite unusual factory power window R/Tas well and has the console with tach and bucket seats.
This car has just undergone a complete and well done restoration, body, drive line, interior, full suspension, brakes, paint.. This is not a flawless 100 point pebble beach car, as I was not able to find NOS parts for everything, but it is a very respectable restoration and will make it's new owner quite happy. Keep in mind that she is 50 years old and there are a few scratch on the glass and a few spots on chrome as to be expected and a small but repairable crack on the top rear of the center console (please see pictures). But again, she was gone through completely and great care was given making sure it was done correctly. Every inch of this car is rock solid, all metal, with no rust or rot, is straight as an arrow and runs & drives like a brand new car. The engine is a 1967 HP (3.22.67), with a mild cam, street / strip purple shaft -closed chamber heads, correct AFB , the 727 is a new build as is the rear end. Every nut, bolt, line, bearing, bushing, hose and wires has been replaced and/or restored (mostly all replaced - the wire harnesses are original and restored) I was trying to keep this car as factory correct as I could, even down to thebias ply 14 x 7.75 red walls.
I have many many more of pictures of this car, many during the restoration. Please contact me if you would like additional pictures, as I am limited as to the number of pictures I can add to this listing.
When you see a listing for a car and they say "too much to list" - well this is one of those listings, literally far too much to list, as it's much easier to sayeverything has been gone through. If able, I would highly suggest coming and viewing this car in person if at all possible, it will not disappoint and seeing this R/T in person really speaks for itself. This car also came with no seat belts, I do have a set that is not very nice I will include if needed. Also there is 1 window felt missing on the driver's side, I will try to have one in place by time the cars leaves, but it's currently missing the 1 piece. There are a couple small blemishes in the paint that should be seen to (see pictures), if the car remains somewhat "local", I will have my paint guy car care of it for you no worries at all, or you can bring it to your paint shop if you would rather, as they are easy fixes, my paint guy is booked out for the next 6-8 weeks or better, otherwise I would have had it taken care of prior to letting it go.
If you have any questions about this car and I have not covered it here, please feel free to write me with any and all questions, as well as please feel free to view the car in person if able. Again, ask any and all questions prior to bidding on this car. This car is being soid as is where is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. The car will need to be collected by the buyer unless delivery arrangements have otherwise been made.
