1967 Dodge Charger Description
This is a great car for restoration! I bought it 25+ years ago because I am a diehard Mopar nut and when I saw a solid Big Block I had to have it. I have a large collection and now realize some of them just have to go, I am getting older and have more projects than time. I would love to tell you about the car just call. I am not very computer savy so I had my friend Bob put this ad up. My name is Jimmy and my number is 630-514-3668. The car has always been in covered storage since I have owned it, it is a Big Block 1967 Dodge Charger been sitting many years but fires up and drives. Has auto tran, Hideaway headlights, Bucket seats with Center consol, fold down rear seats, power steering, power windows, posi-rear end and Keystone Classic Rims. It does have surface rust but just surface rus, structurally sound. Car has been inside stored for at least 25 years. I have owned it for slightly longer than that. Recently started and moved but now have a puddle by rear brake lines so probably need to be replaced. Last time it was driven a decent distance was 9 years ago when driven from one storage to another.
MODEL SPECS:
The 1967 Dodge Charger saw the introduction of the 440 Magnum and it was now the standard engine with the new R/T package. Still aimed at the sporty-car buyer wanting plenty of power and space and comfort, the Charger also made it's way on the NASCAR track. The top engine option was still the 426 Hemi, while the full engine line-up included the base 318 w/230hp, the 383 w/325hp, the 440 w/375hp and yes the 426 Hemi w/425hp. The 1967 Charger is also much more rare than the first year 1966 as only 15,788 were built.
