History: Mrs. Evia Johnsonbought this truck on Aug. 10th. 1974 for $5,191.76 cash at Benson Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. in Greer, SC. I have theoriginalinvoice/receipt. Her son overheated thetruckin mid 1986andthe truck was parked for 20 years. My great uncle and his son-in-law retrievedit and started on the brakes. I gained sole ownership in October 2016 with the odometer reading 42,306 miles and brought it to where it is today. Bumper- front bumper is custom all-steel bumper, hard points are 1" thick stainless steel. I drove it down to Daytona Beach two years ago and around the Mid-state here in Ohio.
I have had it in a few car shows, it definitely gets looked at! It is not a top show winner, there are some small paint chips and very minor flaking in a few spots, and the interior seats need redone. Again, the engine does need rebuilt because it threw oil and is knocking. I just can't do it because of health.
Ibelieveit can be driven anywhere once the engine gets looked at, but it is sold "as is-where is" with no guarantees.
