1982 Dodge Rampage Description

N.C. car my 80 yr old father found several years ago. He had visions of restoring it, but it, along with a number of other projects are out of his reach. Hear is what I know. The car is VERY straight and has very little rust. There does not appear to have any prior damage or repairs. When he brought it home, he had to put tires on it as the old ones were dry rotted from sitting. I started the car and it sounds good and does not smoke. I would advise going over the mechanicals to be sure it is safe for the road. My Dad did drive it briefly and says everything works as it should. The odometer reads 49XXX. I cannot verify this is actual, but looking over the condition of the car, it is possibly the actual mileage. It comes with a very rare fiberglass cap for the bed. The cap is in good shape with no visible damage. It will need a good scrubbing. THE CAR IS LOCATED IN AURORA ILLINOIS AT MY DAD'S SHOP! It will need to be picked up there.

I inspected the car myself this past weekend. I am trying to help Dad clear out his auto shop of 50 years. Please ask any questions before bidding and I will do my best to answer them or give you contact information directly to my Dad.

I spoke with my Father last night and he asked me to add information on the car. The drivers door latch needs to be adjusted. You have to fiddle with it to get it to release.

The gas gauge is currently not working. He believes it is due to the length of time the car has been sitting

We just want be as accurate in the condition of the car as possible
