Mopar A body-1970 Dodge Dart Swinger
1970 Dodge Dart Swinger Description
You are bidding on a very solid 1970 Dart Swinger project car with LOTS of new parts. This was originally a slant six car from Idaho, that was converted to a V8 with disk brakes. It currently has a very good running 89 318 4 barrel with aluminum intake, powder coated headers, and electronic ignition fired by a Mopar Performance orange box. This is backed up by a 904 with a shift kit, and an A-body 8.75 rear with 3:23 gears. It has new upper and lower radiator hoses, heater hoses, water pump, distributor, alternator, voltage regulator, starter, oil pan, heater core, blower motor and resistor, (heater box and controls restored by 'theheaterboxguy.com'), gas tank, sending unit, gas tank straps, and pre-bent fuel and brake lines (except the left rear) from Right Stuff Detailing. The body is very good, including the floors, frame rails, and inner fenders, with signs of the trunk floor being replaced at one time. Someone previously cut open the rear quarters as you can see, and I have a pair of brand new Goodmark quarter skins that will be included with the sale. To be driveable, the car needs shift linkage, a driveshaft, and more brake work, but it does start and run. Please ask any questions before bidding? Thanks for bidding, and good luck!
