1953 Dodge Other Rusty Description

1953 Dodge B3D-126 one ton dual wheel wrecker. Does not run but maybe it could someday. From what I am told it was running until it quit running. A prerequisite of ownership is tetanus vaccinations for all involved parties or you run the risk of euthanasia.
You wont win any races with your buddies pushing you down the racetrack but you as long as your buddies are't horribly unattractive you should be a shoe in for the style ribbon.
I actually think that most everything is there if you wanted to make it run. I envisioned a blown LS engine shoehorned in there and me and my main squeeze doing Mater burn outs into the sunset.
This project has been a blast for me and my family. We have traveled all over the place with it to conventions, many fundraisers, movie premiers and we were actually invited to attend the International Auto Expo one year.We have never charged for the use of Mater but we have had thousands and thousands of dollars donated to kids with cancers and families with special needs by just a few cents dropped into a jar from generous patrons wishing to have a picture taken with our version of Tow Mater.
Our time with Mater has been irreplaceable and a huge teaching experience of the power of compassion to do good to other people through strange ways.
My hope is that someone will see this add and will see the value to do good things with this goofy truck. If nothing else parking it out in front of your business is guaranteed to bring countless people by for a selfie with Mater.
