Incredibly preserved 1937 D-5 Dodge Business Coupe.
Was sold new September 1937 in Portland, Oregon. Comes with log of registration slips up to the 1960's and WWII gas rationing stamps issued to the original owner.
The Dodge received a repaint in the '60s along with an engine swap upgrade to a 1952 P23 97hp engine that runs strong with no smoke or leaks.
Brake cylinders have been replaced, carb rebuilt, fuel pump and water pump and hoses replaced.
Upholstery is original along with the beautiful woodgrain dash. Floor mat is original with wear on drivers side.
Many rubber parts replaced which include: running boards, bumper grommets, starter and accelerator grommets, window rubber. Rear window shade still there buts need restoration.
Period correct fog lamps installed but not hooked up.
Beautifully restored Year of Manufacture plates not included but can be purchased separately. Paint shows patina but looks great and has a nice original look.
Front and side windows have been replaced with a slight blue tint.
