1966 Dodge Polara Description

I have for sale a 1966 Dodge Polara four door. The car is equipped with the rare polyspherical ( aka.semi hemi) 318 V8. This car runs good and pulls strong. It just received a fresh tune up with new plugs and wires and points.. The automatic transmission shifts out smooth. This car is very drivable. I have driven it around my town quite a bit. The car is in a pretty solid state. The trunk floors, body floors and frame are rot free. In fact aside from some surface patina; and minor dings, the body is in good shape. It has the original "Certicard" plate in its original holder, showing the car being sold in Wildwood, Georgia new on July 14th, 1966. It comes with 2 sets of keys. The original wheels and hubcaps are on the car. It also has the spare tire, bumper jack and tire tool in their proper place. The interior is in need of some TLC, but it's not horrible. It could use the seats reupholstered, but the carpet is in good shape(but could use cleaning). And what I believe to be the original floor mat is in the front. The windows roll up and down and the door handles all work. All of the trim and badges are still on the car. The heat works; but the AC does not. However you can still get the parts to make the A/C work. The A/C compressor turns by hand(so it is not locked up) but the pulley bearings are bad. The windshield has a crack in it as well. You can find windshieldsfor this car reasonably priced here on ebay, as well as Mopar specialty parts suppliers. This car has the potential to be a great start to a rat rod, low rider, "barn-find driver"or just to restore and enjoy. Only 71,300 miles. Vehicle is being sold as is without any warranty due to it's age. Tennessee residents must pay Tax and tag on top of winning bid non refundable deposit of $800 required within 24 hours of auction close. Please do not bid if you do not intend to purchase. Feel free to message me with any questions you may have.
