For Sale, 1969 Dodge Dart,440 two fours,It is a 69 not a 68,I am listing again previous winner was unable to complete the sale so please don’t bid if your not going to follow through or don’t have the funds to buy, Some of the parts used on this car are as follows, front disc brake conversion kit,(big bolt pattern) the front suspension has been totally rebuilt,all new upper and lower ball joints, new upper control arms with bushing cam bolts, all new inner and outer tie rod ends,idler arm and pitman arm, rebuilt manual steering box, and front end alignment, the rear differential has been totally rebuilt with Dr Diff posi unit, new bearings ring and pinion new green bearing kit and seals on installed on axles, complete rear brake kit from Dr Diff, that means new backing plates brake shoes wheel cylinders hardware etc, 373: Richmond gear set, new u-joints front and rear, New engine bay wiring harness,I bought a low mileage RV (20,000) miles I pulled the 440, I was going to have it rebuilt but upon tear down, it was apperant the engine was still as new inside, held 60 pounds oil pressure at idle, oil was golden brown, there wasn’t any ridge at the top of the cylinders and the cross hatches were clearly visible, I pulled the furthest bearing from the oil pump and they were also as new, so I installed a melling hi volume oil pump, all ne wifely pro performance gaskets, Installed a matched Howard’s cam kit, pulled all the valves cleaned and inspected,relapped the valves installed the valve springs keepers and caps that were included in the cam kit, the heads were also as new before tear down,New double roller timing chain set installed, the engine in this car runs as strong as any high dollar engine that I have owned and best of all it runs on pump gas, the trans was totally rebuilt,all new billet servos pistons etc,TCI full manual valve body w/reverse shift pattern, 5.0 lever 3000 rpm stahl converter, honestly I could go on all evening writing everything we have done to this car, we have spent many many nights smoothing the body on this car and the paint job shows it,Schumacher chrome headers and aluminized exhaust system with turn down at the rear axle,this car will hold its own against most cars on the road, it is a real Saturday night street bruiser. We built it to be able to drive and enjoy, it is not a drag car, though I am sure it would do alright at the strip,Mopars are one of the best investments today. Please ask all questions before bidding and again please don’t bid if you can’t follow through with the sale, You would be hard pressed to find a nicer Dart or any A-body for that matter. Anyone that has ever had the pleasure of a ride in a big block Dart, always has fond memories of it, I require a 1000 dollar non refundable deposit within 24-hours of the sale,This is my car built for me by me and some very knowledgeable old Motörhead’s, it is however titled in my dealerships name. The title is a clean Pa title, the mileage on the title is marked as exempt,but the entire drivetrain has been gone over, I have more money invested in the car than I care to remember, I am listing this car with a low starting bid with no reserve so it will be sold to the highest bidder, my loss is another’s gain,but I have chance to buy another car that a friend has and I have wanted his car since we were unpin high school, this car is being sold as is with no warranty s implied, it is an awesome car that runs strong and go down the rode very nicely,and heads turn and thumbs up anytime I have driven it, I live a very busy life so unfortunately It hasn’t been driven very much, so it has but a few miles since all the work was done to it, thanks for looking and happy bidding, buyer is responsible for transportation,
