1954 Dodge Royal Description

1954 dodge royal red ram hemi..original 30k mile one owner car..owner has passed away and car had been in a climate controlled garage until it cam to our shop..owner passed away in 2004 and that was basically the last time car was on the road...we dropped the gas tank and sent it out and had it boiled and recoated...did a rebuild on the carburator and ran it off of an external gas can and she runs beautifully...we did a couple of miles with it to make everything was good and reparked her...interior looks like the day she rolled out of the showroom ..engine compartment is in spectacular condition as is the trunk..undercarriage is near spotless as far as any rust or rot is concerned...this car is as close to a time capsule as i have seen in my 40plus years in the car business...passenger side mirror was off the car but we have it..i believe that when car cover was being taken on and off it might have caught it...new battery was aslo put in it to get it running ...no smoke or noise from engine of any sort..idles like a kitten...red ram hemi 241 cubic inch..we also put new spark plugs and wires on her just to be on safe side...i can be reached at 631-264-8473 if you have any questions or would like additional photos..IF I HAD THE ROOM TO KEEP THIS CAR I WOULD...IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND ONLY ORIGINAL ONE TIME..looks like bumper guards were a dealer item that they had added...
