Up for auction today is my 1966 Dodge Coronet 440 body style 2 dr hard top. Has a 383 big block automatic and 3.91 posi with new pinion snubber. We will start with the body and interior first. New front windshield was installed and body frame connectors installed. All brand new front brake lines, hoes, rake cylinders and drums turned. Has unilug mags with near new tread tires. Front bumper is in good shape, ear will need a little attention. Has the same spot on both side of bumper where the chrome is gone. There is a little bubbling starting on the lower rockers. Nothing rusted through. Car comes with original trunk floor mat and board for over the tire.Has a royal 7.50x 14 tire on steel rim. Paint is a old paint job back in the day that is faded. Car has scratches. Paint chips on the front part of the hood. Interior the head liner is perfect the dash is not cracked. The door arm rest need recovered, eats are solid and will need to be recovered also. Does have floor mats.The steering wheel center chrome piece will need to be attached right. Its is clamped on there for now. Carpet is good for how old it is. All glass is great, ack window area will need to be covered between the top of the seat and the window. I never tried the heater or radio since I've owned it. Has a new trio gage that is mounted and not hooked up yet. Front seat is a split bench seat.I have had the car for 18 years.
The car had a wide block 318 in it so mount adapters were ordered for the big block and a manual quick steer gear box was put in it. has the original radiator and Chrysler certicard and holder for it. Has hooker super comp headers 1.75'' x 35'' Primary Tubes, '' x 10'' Collector which go into 3 1/2 pipe into flow master race 1 chambers. Has a 727 cheetah reverse valve body with 10 inch 4500 stall converter. Shifts right now.
383 big block that was equal deck block, ew cam bearings, oft plugs, lean and checked, il pick up drilled out for 1/2 pickup . 8 qt oil pan, rank shaft ground cleaned and checked. fluid harmonic balancer. Aluminum water pump and aluminum housing, opar electronic ignition, elling high volume high pressure oil pump. M1 single plane intake and a cleaned freshly rebuilt holley 750 double pump carb that is done do to the car sitting for almost 12 years. Has a 484 lift cam. Block is bored 30 over. Pistons are fly cut. New flex plate. Has 906 heads with cut larger valves 2.14- 1.81, angle valve job, /8 hard locks, eads checked have had some head work done flow 230 at 500 lift. Chrome Hollyair cleaner,vacuum pressure relief from head/ valve cover to the header collector. M/T valve covers, igh torque mini starter, hrome dip stick and tube, uper stock coil, sd wires, hrome t-handle for fastening down the valve covers. Plus car cover for the car!
Car was last driven my wedding day almost 12 years ago. Engine is free and not locked up. I only put less than 200 miles on the new motor and tranny for as long as I have had it. Gas tank will need to be drained of old gas and new gas put in before running. Sure it will need to be tuned also.
