1989 Ferrari Mondial t Coupe *Rare 1 of 40 Imported* Numbers Matching 300HP 348
1989 Ferrari Mondial Description
1989 Ferrari Mondial t Coupe.
Very rare, one of just 40 US Mondial t Coupes. Rosso Corsa over tan Connolly leather. Gated 5-Speed transaxle. Approximately 80,800 miles (mileage subject to increase). The Mondial t uses the same drivetrain as the 348, but offers a longer wheelbase, adjustable suspension, and power steering (and of course two tiny rear seats). Although 300+ t Cabriolets were made available to US buyers, the Coupe version was limited to just 40 cars.
I have about $6,500 in recent service receipts, most of which was to replace the power steering rack right after I purchased the car. It always starts, drives perfectly, and sounds great. The clutch was replaced shortly before I purchased the car. The wheels were just refurbished, and new Yokohama S-Drive tires have less than 50 miles.
The car is due for a belt service (by age of the belt, not mileage) and does have some small issues that do not really affect driveability. The passenger side window does not work, and the sunroof is either disabled or not working. The ventilation fan runs, but no air comes out of the vents. The rear trunk lid was "sprung" at some point, which is evident at the hinges. There are a few very small paint chips and dents, but nothing noticeable from a few feet away. The paint looks mostly original and looks very nice. The front (fiberglass) valence spoiler has some chips, and there is evidence under the car that it has been bottomed-out in the past. One of the side strakes has a piece missing.
Inside the car, the interior is very presentable. There is some bolster wear on the seats and some normal wear and tear.
The car includes the owner's manual pouch and many service records dating back to 1995. I also have most of them scanned to PDF. The car also includes a a flawless full size spare. No tool kit, no luggage. The car has a clean Carfax and Autocheck, and a clean PA title in my name. The car is also listed locally, so this listing may be ended at any point.

Some valuation info: I added a snapshot from Bringatrailer.com with some sale history for Mondial t's. Two years ago a Mondial t Coupe with 93k miles sold for $38,000. While Hagerty is usually a good source for classic car valuations, it doesn't seem that they have updated their valuation of Mondial t Coupes in the past 3 years (probably due to a lack of verified sales data).
I welcome and consider all offers, but please note that I have put a reasonable Buy-It-Now price on the car. It is priced $30k less than any other Mondial t Coupe on the market in the US.
