1969 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona Spyder Replica Mcburnie Description

Ferrari Daytona Spyder 365/GTB (Miami Vice) Mcburnie kit Replica. Built in 1987 on a 1980 Corvette C3 chassis. Just over 16000 actual miles. Original Ferrari front and rear signal and brake lights and Ferrari emblems.Ferrari gauge cluster, steering wheel, spinners, bumpers and grillcould be original Ferrari. Maybe someone with more knowledge can clarify.Titled as 1987 Daytona and actual mileage documented. Complete running car.The car is not perfect and could use someTLC. Paint isoriginal and has a few poorly done touchups. I would also replace the carburetor. I was told by the previous owner that it had a 350 small block but according to the VIN info, ithas a305 with a Holley 750 DP...too much carb and the car is running rich, producing some black smoke when accelerating. The car starts right up and runsfine. I'm no mechanic so I cannot outline any other issues. There are other small fixeslike; left headlight cover doesn't close completely, trunk latch doesn't catch, driver's seat is weak on one side, etc. What needs "fixed" really needsyour own judgement and what is acceptable for a40 year old vehicle. The black convertible top seems to be fairly new. Feel free to contact me with any questions or to come and see the car. The car has been stored in a garage and only driven 1200 miles since 2011. The car is for sale as pick up only and as is with no warranty or returns. Sight unseen offers are a commitment to buy... as-is. Payment accepted through verified paypal account, cash or cashier's check. Payment must clear before signing over the title. Thanks for looking!
