1978 Fiat 124 Spider Convertible Sports Restoration Car No Reserve !!! Description

Previously drove and owned by a lawyer as on of their cars. Then the estate took over and I bought this car last March 2018 as a project to work on the engine for it wont turn, flush the gas tank, change the exhaust, body and paint, change the seat covering, detail, put it back on the road. According to the seller of the car, this was last driven 1995 and wouldn't start one day. They left it in the barn until the decide to sell the whole property and I got this car. My plan was to do all of the jobs I mentioned and whatever is necessary to do it the right way of restoring it. The car has a 34,098k original miles. I am assuming its 134,098k, good shell, No cracks on the interior / dash wood grain, good convertible cover, sport wheels with locks, there are no rust on the floor, some oxide buildup over time on finish. Basically the car is standing and it rolls. as you can see the car is complete, Convertible opens and closes. I have made 2 sets of keys for they lost the original. It works on the ignition, drivers side door, trunk, I cant unlock the passenger side from outside but it works from the inside.
I wanted to get my hands on this car just like how I've done my MG. The timing is a bit off for me for I am work travelling so much nowadays. Its better to pass it on to someone that wants to get on with it. This would be a good project for you if you have the time for it. The car is there pretty much complete and its there waiting for some TLC. I have the clean title on my name and the car is even currently registered as a special vehicle. This is aNo Reserve Auction. Must be towed or put on a trailer. Deposit for the car is $500.00 in a Day or 2. Pay me the rest when you pickup.
