Thanks for looking at my listing for my 1963 FIAT 600D Multipla. I am only asking $40,000.Originally thinking that I would be able to sell it for around the $60,000 range as I feel it's worth every penny and I sold a Multipla from my collection a few years ago for $85,000. I guess the Multipla now isin a buyers market and my asking price is less then half of what I sold my last one. I am also accepting best offers. If you really like what you see then please feel freeto send me a offer.I only consider offers sent through the Ebay system.
I have owned my Multipla for over 8 years. I am the third owner. The Multipla has lived most of it's life in Catania, Sicily, Italy. Thanks to my Uncle in Italy I was able to buy this beautiful example. The seller lived a few blocks from my Uncle's house so my Uncle knew the van very well. It remained in Italy several years under my ownership until I finally imported it to the states.
It has been a pleasure to own this special little van. No matter where you go it draws lot's of attention. It is definitely a looker. It's more practical then the majority of micro cars out there as it seats six people and has a 4 cylinder engine.
I posted over 50 pictures in the description section of the listing. Please take a look at all of the pictures in the description so you can get a great appreciation of this Italian classic.
I live in Henderson, NEVADA U.S.A.. I am 30 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. If your interested in purchasing the Multipla but would like it shipped I am willing to assist the buyer in anyway I can. Overseas buyers are welcome and my nearest ports would be Los Angeles and Long Beach, California. Buyer pays for shipping.
The Multipla has a current title in my name.
The odometer shows 72.867 kilometers which is 45,277 miles.
The 1963 model year has the 767cc engine. It's a D model. It has more power then the earlier models. My Multipla runs great. Starts every time. It's been driven on a regular basis which is excellent for any classic car. It has done countless cruises up and down the Las Vegas Strip in all kinds of weather. It has always been maintained by a local collector car mechanic. Some work within the last two years consists of new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, transmission seal, rebuilt radiator, new headgasket and gas tank. I havethe receipts for thework.
The color combination is stunning on this Multipla. Very Italian. Please look at the pictures and you will see the paint has a beautiful shine to it.
The interior in red and white is gorgeous. The van comfortably seats six people. In excellent condition. This Multipla is the desirable individual rear seat model. The rear seats can all fold down individually giving you lot's of options to lower one of the middle seats or all four in the rear. I took some pictures to show that. It basically becomes a cargo van. The front bench seat also is adjustable. Headliner is in excellent condition. Carpet is in good condition as shown in the pictures. Door panels and pockets all intact as shown in the pictures.
All doors function properly. Interior locks front and back work as they should. The drivers door has a lock with key.
The engine compartment has a rare accessory lock with key.
All lights work. Hi and low beam. Turn signals. Brake lights.
All windows function as they should.
Has all the interior lights and handles. Please look at the pictures for the details.
Has spare tire which is stored in front passenger leg area.
All badges are intact.
Beautiful hubcaps.
Tires are in good condition.
Brakes work great.
Has a four speed manual transmission that works great. It has a new clutch. Synchronized transmission.
Please note that the Multipla has been driven so there are a few nicks on the paint that have been touched up and I do have the green touch up paint that will be included with the sale. The windshield does have some windshield wiper marks that I believe could be buffed by someone who knows what they are doing. It was never a issue for me. The fuel gauge is not accurate which I am used to on classic cars and motorcycles. It was never a issue for me. I tried to cover any flaws that I can think of.
The Multipla is sold as is with no warranties.
If you have any question's please feel free to ask.
