1950 Ford F-100 Description

This is my drivable project truck. I have put over 2,000 miles on this with no issues. This is a 1950 F-100 pickup that I stretched over a 2003 Mustang GT 4.6 V-8 5-Speed Chassis.

The Mustang chassis was cut off behind the seats and a 2x3 steel frame was added to the rockers and across the chassis and goes all the way to the front and crosses over to a 2x4 steel curved front bumper which is blended into the front fenders, the rear is built off the 2x3 frame which has been kicked up and it has the stock Mustang rear which is a 7.5 posi with 327 gears all five lug with the stock Mustang tank and emissions. Under the bed is the battery with exposed pos-neg lugs. The interior is all Mustang, seats, console and radio. The Mustang cluster is installed in the stock truck dash. All the heater and AC works along with the cluster as it should. The body was widened 1 foot. Chopped 6 inches, channeled 7 inches. The front fenders were narrowed 6 inches each to keep the stock width. The bed was narrowed 4 inches so I did not have to narrow rear fenders. The box was shortened 14 inches. The stance was build in the body when channeled over the unibody. So the truck looks low but is stock Mustang ride height with no rubbing issues. It has safety glass installed for a windshield and back window. But no side glass or vent windows. Regulators are in but need to have glass made. Truck runs and drives great!!! Lots of Fun!!!!
