This is called "ownership in doubt" status. I took the vehicle to the State Police and it came back clear. However, hey still make you wait three years to receive the title. This was done in Jan 2015. We have a little under two more years to go, nd the new owner will inherit this timeline if in Washington state. The vehicle can be sold LEGALLY and has a license plate.I don't know much about the assembly. Some work still needs to be done. The hard top of the Jeep is in poor cosmetic condition. It needs to be cleaned, and blasted and repainted. The doors and rims need the same treatment. The doors are not attached. Their is no glass in the Jeep. I have the windshield frame. Its not attached. Very little rust on the body. Not sure if the top is Ford or Willys.

Miles on odometer are 88,642. I don't know if this is accurate. I have only driven Jeep on my property, aybe for 2-3 miles.

Also exterior color is olive drab, r like we call it Army green. Not sure where "yellow" came from.
