1969 Ford Country Squire wagon Description

Up for bidding is one 1969 Ford Country Squire station wagon with the 2 barrel 429 and AC.IS factory equipped with the 5,000lb towing capacity springs and cooling system, has period correct electric brake controller but controller is not working. Currently using an electric carb choke system, notice description above about choke hear tube.Starts and runs good, needs muffler, a little loud. Shifts strong. Vacuum headlights work good. Will need to ne gone over before putting on road. Please do not assume that if car runs and starts that it will make a cross country road trip. With any older car you should take responsiblity to have it towed/hauled to your destination and go over it all first before ever putting on the road. No rips or tares in seats, dash is not cracked.Rear jump seats do not extend. Key/latch assembly needs repair.Rear gate, door opens side ways and goes down like a tail gate on a pick-up. Electric rear window operates from left side of dash as well as the rear outside key switch.Radio works. Heater and defrosyer work, AC does not work.Tires in excellant condition and no noticable dry rot.Car was a southern Missisippi car and does show sign of paint fade from the harsh southern sun.Car is solid and a good candidate for a mild restore or fix minor things and go.Car is sold in as is condition with no warranty.Will provide a notorized stamped and rasied seal, bill of sale if needed.
