1971 Ford F-250 cutsom Description

I have for sale a 1971 Ford F250 Camper Special with a very rare 2500 watt Onan generator option form the Ford factory. First of all the truck itself was originally an Arizona truck that made it's way to Iowa where I bought it. The body is overall very rust free but there are a few areas requiring some attention. The front mounts are needed some metal replaced but are still good for now. Some repairs have been as seen in the pictures but the inside panels and the bottom of the pass side could be fixed too. I have replaced/repaired many of the front mounts and these are fixable in place on the truck and are nearly done already. The rear right side of the box has had a dent removed and some bodywork done to it. It is ready for paint though and needs only sanding. There is one small rust hole in the drivers side floor about the size of a silver dollar. And I welded 2 small patches in the passenger door and prepped them for paint. The rest of the cab, bed and body is about as nice as you find these trucks. It is straight and solid and is a great platform to build from. Grille will be replaced with a better one I have saved.
Along with the body being in good conditio, the engine is a 390 that has been overhauled and has about 10K on it. It is not the original engine. It was bored 30 over with an upgraded cam. All the work was done at an sprint car racing shop down in Iowa so it was done right. It has a 4 barrel Edelbrock carb on it and has plenty of power. The C6 transmission is original and works excellent ( may have been rebuilt too?). All the drive train work was done before I bought the truck but I have driven it for years and know it to be a strong running reliable, machine with no mechanical issues. I am keeping the electronic distributor and coil for a truck I'm currently restoring. I will replace it with factory correct items and tune it up. The truck has power steering, power brakes with front disks, dual tanks, original AM radio, and a rare Sears 70's cb with FM radio built in, and rare factory bed side rails.. I have a good bench seat saved for it that alone with some fabric from another seat can be made into a perfect original. The dash pad is in good shape but has a couple small cracks and was painted black. The tires have good tread but need replacing as they are weather checked.
The factory 2500 watt Onan generator option is one of only 3 units I have ever seen. It is in good working order and runs off the truck battery and fuel. It has it's own exhaust system with a muffler on it. The front fender is unique as it it used to support the generator. As for a value on it, I saw a generator unit sell for $1500 and the special fender for about a grand 8-9 years ago on ebay. It took me 5 years of internet searching to find one and it was a bonus to have it in good working order. I'm selling my prized trucks because of a move I'm making and won't have the time or place to finish them. I consider the 2 trucks builders speacials because they don't need a ton of work and both have super rare options with them or are available from my supply of parts. I parted out over 30 of these trucks and kept all my best stuff for these 2 builds. So if the buyer wants to step it up a notch I have the goodies to do so. Here is a list of what I saved in parts:
1) Ford Factory Bucket seats call with questions Jim 507-227-6052
2) A/C units All 3 styles Complete
3) 2 Mint factory floor pads I want to work the buyer to help him or her to build the truck of their dreams. So my prices on the added parts will be very reasonable.
4) near perfect headliners
5) all the chrome options in complete sets and very nice shape
6) Factory tool storage boxes
7) Good factory dash pads (black)
8) Rare Sears cb FM radios
9) good black carpet
10) very nice door panels (All the styles)
11) excellent door handles and hood emblems. No pitting
