The Classic Lunch Gallery is proud to present this beautiful 1965 Ford Thunderbird Convertible. The condition of this car cannot be overstated; she received a full nut and bolt restoration approx. 8 years ago, and remains in stunning show condition. The cost of this restoration clearly cost way more then the buy it now price. Finished in Brittany Blue over a Blue interior and a Blue Vinyl top this beautiful iconic American convertible makes a bold statement. Believed to have her original 390 cid V8 mated to a Ford Cruise-O-Matic Automatic transmission, the car is pleasure to drive. The car is gorgeous; all painted surfaces shine with a deep luster and all chrome and brightwork has clearly been restored and is in show condition. The quality of the restoration extends to the interior, the seats and carpets are show quality. All instrumentation, are beautiful and all work as designed. These cars were well optioned from the factory including air conditioning, reclining passenger seat, swing away steering wheel and sequential rear turn signals. In addition it has power windows, power brakes, power antenna, power door locks, power steering and power top!! All systems work as they should! The car wears a continental kit with spare and Kelsey-Hayes Wire Rims wrapped in white wall tires. The color matched sport tonneau cover finishes the the top down look. The convertible top mechanism is a joy to watch, as all systems have been restored, and the operation shows off the amazing engineering designed into these cars. Once again, the quality of this car cannot be overstated, she is probably the finest Thunderbird on the market today. Bid with confidence as this car couldn’t be produced for twice the price!!!
