I bought this car in February of this year in L.A. with aspirations of some track time over the summer. Needless to say, with kids, travel, job and life in general I have now come to the conclusion that is not going to happen. So, I have reluctantly decided to sell the car to someone that can actually use the car as intended. The car was road legal under California SB100 when I bought it. Engine is a true 1965 VIN stamped K-Code Hipo 289 with 48 IDF Weber set up. Carbs aretuned extremely well and car always starts with at thepushof the start button. Also has twin fuel tanks and fuel pumps. Exhaust is bundle of snakes with 2 setups; 4" megaphones for track or 18" bullet mufflers for street which are brand new. Transmission is Audi 016 transaxle, which continues to perform flawlessly with this motor. Tilton 3 pedal set up.

Interior is based on Colin Comer’s Road Coupe P/1043 and installed by Luis Loyola, Loyola Auto Interiors. Los Angeles. RCR gauges have been replaced by custom ‘Smith’ style SpeedHut gauges.Steering wheel is a center release, gt40 recreation. seats are very detailed including the brass ring inserts.
