1971 F-100
1971 Ford F-100 Description
I have a 1971 F100 for sale. It has 64,000 miles. It could be +100,000. Starts right now, runs and drives well. Many new parts. I bought this to restore. When I bought it it had very minor surface rust. I sandblasted the rust and primed it and repainted it. The only major rust left is in the outer cab corners. Their are still places where the surface rust is starting to show through. It's shown in the photos, but it's very minimal. It is all original. I am the third owner. I bought it from a guy in Montana and he bought it from a guy in Oregon. I've owned it since February of this year. Did some work to it. Put a new starter, new power steering pump, new battery, new power steering gear box, replaced the passenger side inner fender cause the battery had chewed up the previous one, new spark plugs, new windshield, new muffler, rebuilt carb. New front shocks. It has a minor transmission leak, coming from the pan. It doesn't have a gas tank behind the seat, but could be easily installed and hooked up to the sending unit in the dash. Currently runs off a tank under the bed without a sending unit. It's missing a trim piece on the tailgate. Seat needs reupholstered. Has heat, but no AC. Has the original AM radio. Good candidate for a full restoration or would make a great daily driver. For any questions call 406-270-2903 Thanks!
