1965 Ford Mustang Description

FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION we have a 1965 Mustang convertible that looks real good, runs great and drives good. It is poppy red, white interior, good white top, drum brakes, spinner hubcaps, lights and gauges work.

LOTS OF PICTURES BELOW, JUST SCROLL DOWN TO SEE THEM ALL!

I consider this car a very nice driver, its no brand new, but looks very good!

HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK!

TURN SIGNALS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORK!

SPEEDOMETER WORK! GAS GAUGE WORKS!

HORN IS NOT WORKING, I will check and see if its easy to fix.

HOW IS THE PAINT? I consider it good paint, its what I think Ford calls poppy red, it looks competion orange to me. I see no dents, no dings and the shine is good. I do see 3 or 4 touched up chips, the car is straight when you look down the sides.

HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Not new, but good. I see no holes or bad wear.

HOW IS THE GLASS? Clear with no wiper marks on the windshield. All windows roll up and down good.

HOW IS THE CHROME? Good chrome, it shines good.

HOW IS THE CONVERTIBLE TOP? Again not new, but good. No holes and the fit is good, it is not power. The boot like most Mustangs and a little hard to snap on.

HOW ARE THE TIRES AND HUBCAPS? Good radial tires, the spinner hubcaps look original and nice.

HOW IS THE ENGINE? The engine runs good, the VIN code is C that says its a 289. I hear no knock or rattels.

HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a good shifting 3 speed manual with no clutch slip or chatter.

HOW ARE THE BRAKES? They ar drums on all 4 and stop good for the day.

HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? It drives good, it is not power steering.

HOW IS THE UNDERSIDE? Its a old car, not beutiful, but it looks solid. It has under coating (most cars of the day did), torque boxes look good, they may have been replaced.

WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Athens, Tennessee 37303.
