1937 Ford Sedan Dry Building Find, Stored 64 Years. $15,000, Offers, Trades, Cash/Trades considered.
This car is 79 years old and was restored back in 1952 and dry stored in Albuquerque NM, since 1952 in several dry climate buildings. The body is in excellent condition. You will not find a better condition all metal body vehicle to restore, or build a rod or resto-rod. The Grille is almost perfectly straight with the original emblem. The paint is origional from restoration in 1952. The Body is very straight and there are no signs of major damage anywhere. The lower pan on the back trunk area had a little rust, and there is one spot on the passenger side floor pan that had a little rust, all other underpan and inner fenderwells look like better than factory. The interior was re-done, however old school. The engine was told to be replaced with a 1946-1948 Flat Head Ford V-8 based on numbers about 5 years ago and rebuilt.
We reconditioned the Fuel Pump, cleaned out the carb and gas tank when we found the car, and the car fired and runs great with no smoke (email for video of car running and driving). All wheels are original with old big moon hub caps from that time period. Brakes are mechanical and need to be worked to improve stopping. With the vehicle, comes all the parts from drums, backing plates, bearings, hoses, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, to make this car with hydraulic brakes. Just need the metal lines.
The car is located in Albuquerque NM. It is listed on multiple sites. We reserve the right to end the auction early.

The car drives out nicely and gets lots of looks.
