By far one of the most iconic, ollectable, intage, ustangs ever offered for sale is the legendary "King Of The Road" Shelby GT-500KR. This example is an outstanding car and ready to show, rive, ace, nd enjoy! It is the best driving Mustang I have driven in years. It is dialed in, unning and handles terrific. It was restored some years ago but only has a little over 5300 miles since. We have kept it up for the previousowner for the last several years. It is very nice top to bottom and front to back. It is of course Marti Auto Works certified with a copy ready for you upon request. It is very correct with the exception of a color change from Highland Green to Candyapple Red when the restoration was done. That was back when green got absolutely no respect in the classic car culture. The paint is very nice and shows very well. It is a very handsome combination with the correct Saddle deluxe interior. The buckets seat interior is immaculate featuring the interior décor group that netted you a full console, imulated wood accents, ood steering wheel, eluxe pedal trim, nd deluxe door trim. A full gauge package and original seat belt set are included. A Hurst shifter stirs the gears of the 4-speed Top Loader transmission. Factory AC and the rare "Tilt Away" steering column are great options to have. I did not think you could get factory AC on a Cobra Jet powered Mustang but it is listed right there on the Marti report. The top is powered operated and in excellent condition. It features a glass back window. The red oxide primeredchassis shows very well. It rides on brand new BFG Radial TA tires with a matching unit in the trunk. The overall quality and fit up is very goodwith all the extra Shelby trim, coops, nd rear spoiler. The hood fits better than any Shelby I have ever seen. It even has the under hood bladder that feeds cool outside air to the functional Ram Air cleaner.I cannot stress how great this car drives! There are very few better investment cars than a Mustang.
