For Sale: 1967 Ford Fairlane Ranchero chassis, body, and parts.
I bought this carout of New York state, but the car spent most of its life in Arizona with the original owner. This is a "oneyear" body style, '66 &'68 were different. I willalso include the full Marti Report. I bought this car with the intention of rebuilding it, not restoration. I planned on doinga Bullitt mustang type theme with it, so there are some original trim pieces and such that I sold along time ago.In other words, I was building a custom car for myself. I tore the car down, and started buying all the parts to put it back together. I have built many cars over the years, but I'm retired, and have another project I'm building at the moment, and I'm ready to get the Ranchero out and make some more room. Too many projects andnot enough time. If you have any skills at all on mechanical/body work, the worst part of tearing it down is done, Ready for build.
If you have the skill and have the experiencethis will be an easy build. Thisis no Bondo Queen, there is very little bondo and about the onlyrust is under the bed, in the cargo hold behind the seats. This was a factory 289 C4 Auto, 8" Rearend. It nowhas a 390Big Block, 427 Factory Rods and Crank. '68 428 Heads. 2x390 cm Dual Quad carbs. T-5 5 speed from '89 Mustang, that needs rebuilt. Also motor needs to overhauled. Again I have sold someof the original parts, ie. Steering wheel, sidemolding, grille, AM radio, replaced with gauges. I have all the parts to convert to the 5 spd. All adapters, shifters, bellhousing, pedals, etc. Does have factory original 390 hood.
I have too many parts to list with pictures on Ebay, but would behappy to email to you. I have over 10thousand in new parts, again too many to list. This is the second time I am listing it, and if it doesn't sell, I will be parting out. Need to get rid of it, and make some room.
