1929 Ford Model A Description

This beautiful 1929 Ford Model A pickup truck has recently undergone a thorough and complete nut and bolt restoration. Restoration was completed about 5 years ago but only about 150 miles have been driven since completion. Finished in dark green with black fenders, the truck has received a new wood bed and stakes installed which look great. Still a 6-volt system with alternator, the truck just received a new battery and starts reliably. All suspension, steering, brakes, and mechanical systems have been rebuilt. All glass is new without blemishes or scratches.

The paint on the truck is in good condition with no major blemishes to be found besides the rear tailgate where the chains have taken off some of the paint. The rest of the truck, looks very good with only some minor scratches. There are a few runs in the paint but mostly in hidden areas such as the door jams. All the wood in the bed looks brand new with no wear. The steel fenders are in good condition with only minor dings and scratches and look great.

The brown bench seat inside is nearly perfect. It shows no rips or tears. Seat belts have been added for safety. The inside of the truck is painted the same color as the exterior except for the dash, which has been painted black. The door panels and kick panels are finished in the same matching brown vinyl that the seat is finished in. There have been wood bows installed on the headliner which is a nice touch. The aftermarket turn signal switch is working with no problems and all lights work in the front and rear. All chrome and bright work shines brilliantly with absolutely no pitting. An all new vinyl roof and visor have been installed.

Having been rebuilt during the restoration, the inline 4-cylinder motor runs great. The brakes work well and the transmission performs as it should. The wire wheels are in great condition and are wrapped with black wall tires that are in good overall condition with some cracking due to the arid Arizona weather.

The truck is being sold with a clean Arizona title in my name. Over $1000 worth of additional parts that will go with the truck include: extra transmission, carburetor, head, full length chrome rear bumper and brackets, axle, springs and vintage tools including some original “Ford” wrenches and more.

Vehicle is sold as is where is with shipping to be arranged and paid by buyer.
